Right of Withdrawal and Returns

At Inneska, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return the product, here is how to proceed:

1. Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
2. Conditions of Return: You may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
3. Contact us: Write to info@inneska.co.uk before making a return. We will provide you with all the necessary directions and the return form to fill out.
4. Return Shipping: Follow the instructions provided to send the product to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Receipt and Verification: Upon receipt of the product, we will verify that all conditions have been met. We will then process the refund or replacement.
6. Refund or Replacement: Once your return is approved, we will either issue a refund via the original method of payment or proceed to replace the product depending on your choice.
